Mother's Day Gift Guide (and gifts you'll want for yourself!)
This week on my IG story, the votes were extremely close for a Mother's Day Gift Guide and a skincare roundup. Well, you're in luck because I'm happy and able to do both! Can we just discuss how helpful these IG polls have been? I seriously love hearing your opinions and feedback, for it makes me a better blogger! I love getting a better sense of what you're into so thank you for participating in these polls. I hope you enjoy this gift guide for some unique ideas for your mom! Let's be real- these gifts would be great for yourself whether you've been blessed with motherhood or not! Or even better shop for your mom and yourself!
For the mom who loves comfort:
If you've been following me for awhile you know that I am obsessed with my Buffy comforter. Unfortunately my code is no longer valid (working on it) but I still think it would make a fabulous gift for your mom! In case you've missed my previous posts, Buffy is a highly engineered comforter that keeps you cool, environmentally conscious, and is cruelty-free. It has a hypoallergenic, all-natural eucalyptus shell is Oeko-Tex® certified free of chemicals, woven to shut out mites and naturally anti-microbial. It also has layers of polysilk made from 100% recycled content repeatedly air-combed to maintain its soft and fluffiness. AND... if you're not already sold, it's EXTREMELY machine washable which makes it pet friendly. You (or your mom) are able to try it free for 30 days before committing to it but trust me you will commit! Shop the Buffy here!
For the mom who loves to be pampered:

Use "Caralyn" for a great discount by shopping
For mom who enjoys smelling nice:
Perfume sets are always a great gift idea! I love this new one by Joe Malone (suggested to me by my mom actually). I also love the Sephora favorites ones- they let you sample a bunch of different one and the set includes a voucher for a full size version of the one that you liked! I bought the cologne one for Brian for Christmas last year and he had a lot of fun trying out the different ones before redeeming his coupon for a full size one.
For the stylish mom:
Okay, I'll have to admit. Shoes are kind of a weird gift but they're something that everyone loves, am I right? Hear me out here... Spring has finally sprung and it's time for everyone to let those tootsies shine! Pair these adorable sandals with a voucher or gift card to go for pedicures. Your mom will appreciate the quality time and her stylish new shoes!
For the sentimental mom:
For almost every holiday, my parents ask me for framed pictures of our family. It's a thoughtful gift and a great way to keep their home decor pictures updated. I can thank this gift idea for the lack of awkward middle school pictures in my parents' homes. It's super easy to find a cute and inexpensive frame and then I head to Walgreens to print out photos from my phone!
When in doubt, flowers!
I love supporting The Bouqs! The Bouqs Co. is a farm to table flower-delivery service that connects customers with florists + farmers around the world. Grounded in transparency + responsibility the team at Bouqs works to create genuine moments of connection with customers + to build meaningful relationships with like-minded farmers + florists.
