Shapewear Solutions For Your Wardrobe

Last week, I shared seven tips for knowing whether or not your shapewear is fitting you properly. Today, I’m digging into a few of my favorite shapewear solutions to consider adding to your wardrobe. Not all pieces are necessary, but depending on your outfit or comfort level, some great options exist to feel supported.
To wear or not wear shapewear is completely preference-based, but if you want to, are interested, or are looking to upgrade your current undergarments, these might be just the pieces for you! In this previous blog post, I explained a crash course into Shapewear 101 and the support levels to help find the perfect solution pieces based on your preferences. Let’s dig in!
1. mid-rise short
With single-layer shaping technology, Thinstincts 2.0 was designed with an ultra-thin fabric that's lightweight and breathable for every day. 2. HIGH-WAISTED SHAPING BRIEFS
High-waisted shaping briefs aim to smooth and slim the waist, tummy, and hips. High-rise briefs offer full coverage and often feature a silicone-lined. 4. FULL BODY WITHOUT THE BUST
