White Cane Lemon Collins Mocktail

Mocktail
Back at it for my fourth mocktail recipe on the blog! I’ve received so much positive feedback regarding sharing some fun non-alcoholic drink ideas, and I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. In case you missed it, I previously shared an Espresso Martini Mocktail, Spicy Grapefruit Ginger Fizz Mocktail, and a Sparling Blood Orange recipe.
Today I’m inspired by Lyre’s White Cane Collins Recipe with their White Cane Non-Alcoholic Spirit (a rum/vodka alternative) and it couldn’t be easier! No shaker is needed, simply add ice to your favorite glass and build this drink to your liking.
What you need
1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional)
1 oz Lemon Juice (I added a little more)
3 oz Soda Water
Ice
Instructions
Step 1: Build
Add ingredients to a glass over ice
Step 2: Stir & Enjoy
Garnish with an extra lemon slice!
And that’s it!
I hope you enjoy it! Let me know if you tried this recipe and if you enjoyed it! I have a few more mocktail recipes that I’m excited to share with you in the coming weeks. Do you have a favorite mocktail? Leave it below. I recently discovered Lyre’s non-alcoholic spirits and have been having a lot of fun experimenting with those!
