ESSENTIALS FOR HOSTING A
SUPERBOWL PARTY
We’re a couple of weeks away from the Super Bowl, and while we’re still emotionally recovering from the fact that the Buffalo Bills didn’t make it there this year, I thought it’d be helpful to share a few items to help make your Super Bowl party a success. After all, if your team isn’t playing, it’s all about the snacks and commercials, right? Whatever you’re cheering for, I’ve got you covered.
I’m always one to kick things up a notch; I love festive or themed touches to any gathering! This football-themed plate, cup, and napkin set is adorable! You could also grab this football field-themed table cloth or chip and dip bowl as well. These mini footballs would be super cute to put on your tablescape. I found these decorative picks that you can stick into an appetizer or dessert; they add a really fun touch.
Serving wise, I though this oven safe buffet server would be perfect for hot hor d'oeuvres and dips! Speaking dips, every good host has a classic chip and dip bowl. I like this serving tray and condiment dispenser, both have compartments to add ice underneath so it keeps your food chilled! I recently bought this ice bucket and it’s a winner! I love that it has a little side compartment for lemons and limes. If you plan on making guacamole, you’ve got to get this guacamole serving dish as well as this 3 in 1 knife! I also have these little serving bowls, previously seen on this post on more entertaining essentials and they’re great for serving. Just before the holidays I bought this set of mini gold tongs and they’re perfect for appetizers! Don’t forget to keep the drinks flowing and chilled, we recently invested in this Yeti cooler on wheels and it’s really convenient for bringing it in and out of the house.

I love re-sharing this photo, we had so much fun creating it! It’s from this previous blog post on football Sundays! Links may be old but may be fun to check out as well. Who are you rooting for this year? What are your favorite Super Bowl snacks? Last year I made this pretty epic football shaped cheese ball recipe and it was delicious! Would love to hear any of your favorites below. Thanks for reading! xx CMK
